At DP, we partner with individuals, K-12 districts, organizations, and corporations who are ready to move from awareness to action in support of untapped leaders from Black, Latinx, and low-income communities. Within the last year, our partnerships have resulted in nearly 1 million dollars in programs, services, and support to disrupt the school to prison & poverty pipelines in minority and low-income communities.

The Real C.E.O. Leadership Accelerator was created for aspiring CEOs starting at age 15 in predominantly Black communities and schools. Our signature program trains, develops, and equip our future disruptors, to serve as thought partners, advisors, and change agents using our Real CEO Framework. Over the course of 8 weeks, they create their social-impact pitch and CEO Blueprint.
