Do you provide services outside of the K-12 education sector?

Yes, we do! We provide training, consulting, and coaching services to current and aspiring leaders at every level (local, state, national)

Do you provide diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training?

We provide support to diverse pipelines of leaders who are ready to move beyond foundational DEI training. Key concepts, research, and strategies related to DEI are baked into the Disruptive Partners experience.

What is a Disruptive Partner?

Dis·rup·tive Part·ner /disˈrəptivˈpärtnər/ (n.). A leader, trusted-advisor, ally, co-conspirator or any revolutionary change agent who is willing to align their power, position, and resources to advance the vision and mission of historically marginalized people. 

Why disruption?

Disruption is inevitable in all industries, including education. Systems rooted in racism and classism are vulnerable to disruption. For too long institutions have relied on isolated tactics and strategies without addressing root causes and committing to deep change and real transformation.
